House Rules

We are delighted to welcome you to our accommodation! However, as we have put great effort into creating a relaxing space for you, and to avoid any misunderstandings or disputes, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules. This ensures a pleasant experience not only for you but also for future guests. By staying with us, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay in the cabin. Additional guests are not allowed.

Each guest is responsible for their own safety, health, and personal belongings.

Loud parties and loud music are not allowed.

It is strictly forbidden to damage the cabin, its building, or equipment. Removing furniture or other inventory from the cabin is prohibited. Any material damage must be fully compensated by the responsible person.

Upon departure, trash must be disposed of in the designated waste container near the entrance.

Guests must wash the dishes they use. An additional cleaning fee of €10 may be applied if extra cleaning is required.

Pets are allowed on the property, but guests are responsible for their behavior and any potential damage caused to the accommodation. Pets must not damage decorative plants, flower beds, or other vegetation.

Keys must be placed in the designated key box upon check-out.

Vehicles must be parked only in the designated parking areas.

Bonfires are strictly prohibited, including lighting fires in the grill.

After using the grill, it must be properly extinguished. Leaving a burning grill unattended is prohibited. We appreciate it if you leave the grill clean after use.

It is strictly forbidden to bring and store flammable materials inside the cabin. Guests may not use personal electric heaters or open-flame devices, including candles.

Fireworks are not allowed on the property.

Smoking is prohibited inside the cabin and the hot tub. Smoking is only allowed outside, and cigarette butts and matches must be disposed of in a metal ashtray, not on the ground.

In case of fire, guests must immediately call 112 and inform the administration.

While using the hot tub, each guest is responsible for their own safety and health.

It is prohibited to bring glass containers, bottles, food, or drinks into the hot tub.

After using the hot tub, the cover must be placed back on top. Draining water from the hot tub is strictly prohibited, as it may cause serious damage, especially in winter.

Staying on the property while under the strong influence of intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.

Weapons, drugs, and psychotropic substances are not allowed on the premises.

If you notice any damages or issues, please report them to the administration!
